Do You Have The Secret Of Eternal Youth?

Growing older is a natural occurrence that we all have to face. Many would like to stop or postpone that process and they are constantly searching for the secret of eternal youth. The only problem is, they are looking in the wrong places.

For centuries, there have been so called fountains of youth, youth serums, magic longevity potions as well as spells or prayers that people thought would give them eternal youth. In recent years, many scientists and psychologists have traveled the globe to find this and some claim to have found the secret but unfortunately this has not been the case yet, although the investigations still continue and some things have been found to help with the issues.

In recent studies, they were able to prove that as far back as the 13th century they tried to discover the fountain of youth. The Romans believed that they could achieve their goals of longer life through the use of Yoga. Although yoga will make a person feel better and more centered, it is not a fountain of youth.

In today’s fashion conscience causes the producers of lotions and cream that suppose to turn back time make a fortune. To some it is believed that the secret lies within each individual person. Their lifestyle, genetic make up, and stress levels make them either live longer or kill them sooner.

In more modern times, it is believed that fitness, your job, your lifestyle and education can play a roll in achieving this youth. It has also been said that if you keep learning, have good friends and live a healthy lifestyle which means eating vegetables and fruit, you can obtain the youthfulness. With all of these factors together, it is documented that you will have the ability to live a longer and livelier life.

To all of us, eternal means to last forever. Many would like our youthful appearance to last forever, but to this day, with all the technological breakthroughs, no one has been able to find the true fountain of youth. It leads some to believe, it is not how you look, but how you feel.
